How a renewal works with CompliAct
You do two things: fill out one intake form and approve the renewal when it's ready. We do the rest, from finding your dates to sending you the confirmation. Everything happens online and by email. No calls needed.
The steps, in order
We find your license in public records.
Give us your license number or business name. We pull the expiry date, license type and, where the state publishes them, workers' comp and bond dates.
You fill out one intake form.
About 10 minutes: company details, licenses, qualifier, CE history, insurance and bond info. You upload what you have; we chase the rest.
Reminders at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days.
You get a plain email at each mark with what's done and what's next. We re-check the date first, so you won't get reminders for a license that's already renewed.
We book your CE.
We find an approved course that fits your schedule (for Texas A/C contractors, 8 TDLR-approved hours including 1 hour of Texas law and rules) and send you the booking. Course fees are passed through at cost.
We prepare the renewal, you approve, we submit.
We fill out the application and send it to you to check and sign. Once you approve, we submit it. If the agency needs you to submit through your own online account, we send step-by-step instructions and stay on it until it's in.
Confirmation and the next date.
We send you the agency confirmation, save it in your file, and start tracking your next renewal.

Your license, your call
CompliAct is a private service. We help you file on time, but the license is yours and so is the responsibility for it. We are not the state and not a law firm, and we can't change what an agency decides. Always confirm requirements with your licensing agency.
