A GC or property manager wants your certificate of insurance before you start. We take the request, get the right certificate from your agent (with the right holder and any additional insured wording they ask for), send it, and log it so you can see who has what.

• Reminder when a policy on file is about to renew, so new certificates go out

Prequal portal upkeep (ISNetworld / Avetta / Veriforce)

If your customers require a prequalification portal, the profile has to stay current or you drop off their approved list. We keep it updated: insurance documents, license copies, safety program uploads and annual questionnaire renewals, based on what you give us.
