CompliAct

AI compliance · Built for North American companies

AI regulation is here. The question is which laws apply to you.

CompliAct helps North American companies meet the AI laws that actually govern them — the EU AI Act, US state statutes, and Quebec's Law 25. Fixed price. A signed dossier in days.

Every engagement ends in a signed compliance dossier — built to hand to a buyer, a board, or a regulator.

There is no Canadian AI Act. That changes nothing.

The federal Artificial Intelligence and Data Act died in January 2025 and was never reintroduced. But “no Canadian law” is not the same as “no law.” If you sell software into Europe, use AI in decisions about people, or serve customers in Quebec, Colorado, or California, you already have AI compliance obligations — with fines attached.

If you can't say which rules govern each of your AI systems, your buyers' procurement teams will ask — usually right before signature.

Three engagements. One standard: a signed dossier.
